The sample of the study consist of 928 teachers from 22 secondary schools of Sabah; which been selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data was gathered using twelve items of Collective Efficacy Scale. Descriptive analysis showed that teachers' were moderately efficacious. Meanwhile, a test of analysis of variance on types of teacher training and teaching experience showed that there was no difference in teachers' collective efficacy. The findings suggest that teachers experience should not be seen as a threat factor for developing the sense of collective efficacy among secondary school teachers in Sabah.
